John Hughey played the Steel Guitar, He traveled for 20 years with Conway
Twitty, and spent the last 10 years playing for Vince Gill. Kevin McManus
is the owner and engineer at Oak Valley Studios. Randy "Scoot" Shelnut
Jr. came along as my "Associate Producer". Steve Gibson played electric
guitar, you can here him on many of the country recordings coming out of
Nashville. Bruce Watkins is a multi-talented musician playing the banjo,
fiddle, mandolin, and guitar. Bruce was also the session leader.
Hargus "Pig" Robbins is one of the best pianists of all time and is
one of my musical heroes! It was an honor to have him at my session
and playing a verse on the old song "Family Bible". Jimmy Carter played
bass guitar, and John Hammond played drums.
