This product is used to quantitatively detect the concentration of troponin (cTnI), myoglobin (myo), heart fatty acid enzyme binding protein (H-FABP), creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB), procalcitonin (PCT), N-terminal natriuretic peptide precursor (NT proBNP) D-Dimer (D-dimer) in serum or plasma samples in vitro.
Patients with chest pain in emergency are often encountered. There are many causes of chest pain, such as myocardial infarction, heart failure, pulmonary embolism, pulmonary infection and so on. Troponin (cTnI), myoglobin (myo), heart fatty acid enzyme binding protein (H-FABP) and creatine kinase isoenzyme (CK-MB) are used as markers of myocardial infarction. CTnI is the "gold standard" for the diagnosis of myocardial injury. These markers appeared at different times after the onset of chest pain (see Table 3). Although most of the patients with myocardial infarction can clarify their chest pain time, but for a small number of patients, especially elderly patients or type I diabetes patients, because of the different feelings of pain, there is no complaint of chest pain, making it difficult for doctors to determine the patient's true chest pain time. If these indexes are detected at the same time, patients at different stages of disease can be comprehensively diagnosed.
